Rebuild the BIM model in different software

The idea here is to extract object data (origin, dimensions, surface data, etc.) and use these parameters as input node to re-create the same object (preferably automatic) in different software like Rhino and specifically Houdini and use the parametric model inside realtime engines lie UE4. We might be able to use consistent texture authoring tool like Substance throughout the journey to prevent loss of data. Any idea and input here would be very much appreciated!
